What to do if you have a suspected faulty product?

We have a simple and efficient warranty returns system which we invite you to take advantage of. We aim to process your returned items in 3 to 5 working days. Before returning any items for warranty inspection; we ask that you contact our experienced Technical Support team and request a warranty returns authorisation number.

Once you have obtained a Warranty Returns number please print off a copy of our claim form below, fill it in and enclose within the package.
